We operate a refund policy. If by chance you should donate in error, please inform us at fundraising@ndcs.org.uk within seven days so that a refund can be made. You will need to provide in full the details of your transaction and show a copy of the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of the donation.

How your money will help:

£15 pays for the transport fees for low income families to attend support meetings for 1 week.

£30 pays for healthy meal for 25 children attending sign language classes for 1 week. Given the low incomes of many of the families and the times of the day when classes are offered, this is felt to be essential.

£60 pays for the creation of 13 sign language information packs to be distributed to schools and families.

£120 pays for visual aids, games, toys, books, paper and art materials for a 5 week sign language course for children.
